Depression & Anxiety

Depression, stress, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through counseling we will process your struggles and work to increase your positive emotional experience.

Adolescence & Young Adulthood

The period of adolescence and young adulthood is marked by significant inter- and intra- personal changes. While these changes can be exciting, they can also cause distress in our lives and in our relationships. Together we can examine the roles in your life and the directions your wish to pursue. We will process difficult relationships and help strengthen your personal identity.

Women’s Health – Infertility, Prenatal, Perinatal, Postpartum

The journey of motherhood is unique for everyone and that journey often includes moments of worry and uncertainty that can have a profound impact on mental health. We will focus on managing feelings of anxiety, depression, or growing your confidence in your journey.

Family & Relationships

Relationships can be both the most fulfilling and the most painful aspect of our lives. This includes relationships with our loved ones, family members, or those who may no longer be in our lives. Together we can examine your interpersonal relationships and discuss healthy boundaries and communication.

Substance and Behavioral Addictions

Many individuals experience unhealthy relationships with substances or behaviors. This may be due to family history, unhealthy coping, or perceived loss of control. Together we will uncover the cause and develop a plan for recovery.

All of Life’s Challenges

If your current struggles do not fit into one of these categories, please know that this list is not exhaustive. Everyone’s lived experiences are unique and I will do my best to collaborate with you in developing a treatment plan to meet your needs.

Helping Professional Burnout

Serving in the role of a helping professional often requires us to invest our whole selves into our work. We care deeply and often carry more than we are able. Rediscovering your passion and exploring boundaries can help you to determine how to navigate your road ahead.

Out of Network Coverage

We are committed to providing you and your loved ones with the most specialized care possible. In order to achieve this, all services are provided on a self-pay basis. We have found that meeting the needs of insurance limits our ability to customize your treatment plan and, at times, may not allow us to fully protect your confidentiality. Insurance typically requires reporting of a mental health diagnosis to your medical records for coverage which may be a point of concern for clients. We are happy to provide you with documentation if your insurance has out of network coverage.
